Yes it does. That is why you will see views even when a hub is not published yet.

If you look in your Analytics, you'll see stats minus your activity. AdSense and HubPages calculate pageviews differently. How you get paid will be based on what AdSense thinks.

I have never been quite certain whether the views within subdomain count as page views for HP ad program.
