I have been on HubPages for several years, but have not been active on here lately. Apparently, I got a notice that one my hubs that took a lot of work to publish was copied. Detected at end of Nov. 2014. Someone copied the words, pictures, videos -- everything! I am extremely mad! And their page has got over hundreds of facebook likes AND IT IS NOT THEIRS!!!! sad

This website stole it www dot loss-weight dot us

How do I file a DMCA complaint? This article used to perform a lot better; perhaps it's not performing as well because someone else is using my content -- guess my hub was really good tongue

I am outraged! So many corrupt people in this world!

I appreciate any help my fellow hubbers!

The website is hosted by Google. File the DMCA through Google and they will remove it: https://support.google.com/legal/troubl … 14905?rd=1

Specifically, you need to select the Blogger/Blogspot option to direct it towards that service.

I don't understand this part. Is it asking to provide the URL of my article?

        Your Copyrighted Work
(For example, “The photographs of the black widow spider with red spots and that of the black labrador retriever which can be viewed at the URL below” or “My published book, “Touch Not This Cat”, is infringed by the text excerpted on the site, beginning with the text ‘I came home to find my cat sitting on the kitchen counter.’”)
Where can we see an authorized example of the work?

When I file DMCA on here it says "Unfortunately, we do not yet have DMCA information stored for loss-weight.us. If you are able to locate a DMCA instructions URL or an email contact for that site please let us know, we will add them to our database."

Use http://www.whoishostingthis.com/ to find the host of the site and report it to them. If that doesn't work report it to Google. Welcome to the club. I have so many copied that it is sick. Some I've been able to take care of and others from foreign countries I haven't.
