How do I put that Google+ symbol on my hubpage article? I already signed up, but I didn't receive a code to put in.
Those links are a sitewide functionality. You can't put them in on the sidebar.
HubPages has decided that Google+ is not used enough to put it in the sidebar.
I see you haven't put it in on your profile page. You can enter it there.
