While uploading my first content after registration, I filled up the company's contact number which is completely automatic. I mean, there is no receptionist to answer the call.
Now, I don't know how to get confirmation code.
Can you either reset the option so that I choose another option for confirmation?
Or can you send the code to my extension number, dialing the same phone number?
Or can you please send the voice message of confirmation code to email address?
Any other option to resolve this issue?
The whole point of the confirmation code process is to ensure real humans are opening accounts here.
It is an automated process on this end, provided by a service. If you do not edit that field and put in a contact number that a genuine human can answer or receive a text, you will not be able to publish your content.
By the way, you might want to review all the other publishing rules and conditions before you go any further.
