Just wondering how your day is going so far? I haven't noticed an avalanche of rabid ESL teachers desperately seeking lesson plans yet. My numbers are stable, perhaps it's too early to tell yet.

Seems to me like the update will be implemented little by little. I did some experiments and found that sites inaccessible from a phone are still ranking on the front page.

My gut feeling is that this is going to be more of a "not getting dumped on" than an "increase of views because you met our goals" type of issue.

It will be a week before the real results are known.

Well, for me virtually no change from this time last Tuesday. My guess is the algo hasn't kicked in yet.

Do you think the world is ready for the mobile version of the Armadillo hub? I hope it doesn't break the internet to pieces!

The mobile update was supposed to be turned loose on the web just today, April 21st, not earlier?  If that still is true, meaning if Google didn't move up the timing for some reason, then presumably it is too soon to see any results. Especially as Google Analytics runs 24 hours or more behind, not in real time (although the mobile algorithm is said to run in real time).  From tomorrow, we'll have eyes glued to the stats!

Actually, GA only runs maybe 1 to 2 hours behind; and then there's fun with GA Real-time. big_smile

Looks like as of ~2:00 pm HP time, I'm still not seeing any change. Well, it is a little higher than last Tuesday's at that time, but not enough to claim it's not due to just random.

My GA Real time is always a barren wasteland.

Doesn't look like the update helped my traffic any. (kicks rock)

What I have found out on the world wide web is everything is in slow motion. I have never seen instant knee-jerk changes. But perhaps that is attributable to the niche that I am in.

I foresee a bigger change in the Social Media, the change Google made with the Twitter feeds will be life changing. It will give even greater weight to Social Media but it will also go head to head with the King of Social Media - Facebook.

Fascinating new world - the wide west in virtual form! Hang on for the ride of a lifetime!

What changes were made to the Twitter feeds? I don't have Twitter myself.

Well, sports fans. My yesterday Tuesday was indeed better than my week ago Tuesday, but I'm going to want to see more of the week to be sure.

Ditto, but nothing really significant.  Maybe 10%, maybe not.  And so far today it's dropped considerably from yesterday, partly because the stats are lagging so badly right now.

Not much to see in my stats either, just a small rise in Google traffic.
But, it is something I hope continues.

I have quite a few HP accounts.  Overall, things are looking good.
