    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my Hub What do I get him for Christmas?. What can I do to improve? Thanks!

Perhaps you missed the announcement http://blog.hubpages.com/2015/01/07/an- … -capsules/

In summary, what HP now considers overly promotional may not be what you consider overly promotional.  Best of luck.

I'll be surprised if it isn't removed due to the amount of ads, has that really passed QA without ads disabled?

Also, is is uncomfortable to read, it seems like you've just searched "Gifts for Men" on Amazon and just chose a bunch of things to write about.

I may be wrong, but I think it could do with a lot of work.
The concept behind the blog, and the ideas themselves, are good though. big_smile Just seems like you're trying to force Amazon down our throats...

http://hubpages.com/sample/aj1Ce This wasn't allowed because it was deemed overly promotional.

Product hubs are no longer allowed.  You'll never get a Hub like that published ever.

Produce Hubs are still allowed and there are several examples on this HP Blog post: http://blog.hubpages.com/2015/01/07/an- … -capsules/

Yes, I agree with Writer Fox, there are several product hubs, I have one myself reviewing a book and I'll be having another one published soon reviewing a book my friend wrote.

It is perfectly OK to write about products, just not good to overly promote the said product meaning:
BUY IT FROM THIS LINK HERE
OH YOU CAN FIND OUT MORE HERE
DON'T FORGET MY IMAGE SOURCE, ANOTHER URL HERE
AND YOU CAN CONTACT ME BY GOING THROUGH THIS LINK HERE
AND NOW JUST LET ME ADD FIFTY AD-CAPSULES

        That'll be considered overly promotional.
I stick to my rule of no more than 3 external links (including ad capsules)
