Trouble twice when it loaded and never finished editing. 2nd time was adding titles to capsules, 1st time when loading text capsules

Word 13 is causing problems, and there may be problems with the setup of this document which had problems saving edits on HP.

You are editing an existing Hub.
You are adding text to a text capsule.
You try to save the capsule and are getting an error.
Here are some general steps to try.
1. Clear your browser cache
2. Check for an install any browser upgrades.
3. Restart your computer
If the issue persists, try another browser like Firefox, Opera, or Internet Explorer.
If after these steps you are still having problems editing your Hub please share the exact error and when it occurs with us via email to email@example.com
