Hub not editing. Computer Generated Message to report it

    Trouble twice when it loaded and never finished editing. 2nd time was adding titles to capsules, 1st time when loading text capsules

    Windows 7 Latest version of Chrome  I had cleared browsing history today, Hewlett Packard computer, Sorry no screenshot.

      Word 13 is causing problems, and there may be problems with the setup of this document which had problems saving edits on HP.

      Sorry to hear you are having trouble editing your Hub.

      Let me see if I understand the issue.

      You are editing an existing Hub.
      You are adding text to a text capsule.
      You try to save the capsule and are getting an error.

      Here are some general steps to try.
      1. Clear your browser cache
      2. Check for an install any browser upgrades.
      3. Restart your computer

      If the issue persists, try another browser like Firefox, Opera, or Internet Explorer.
