    The issue here is poor quality style and English grammar. These mistakes appear in your first paragraph.

    Madina-al- Munawarah,

    There should be no space between al- and Munawarah

    Saudia Arabia

    English speakers call it Saudi Arabia

    Another name, for which this Holy City is known for,

    The “for” should not be repeated at the end of the sentence

    The city itself is exiting in the western parts of Saudia

    Not sure about this but “is an exiting place in …” would be better

    is visited by millions of Pilgrims

    pilgrims should not be capitalized

    Umrah.Medina is 210 miles north of mecca and about 120 miles from red sea coast.

    There should be a space after the period – Mecca should be capitalized as should Red Sea.

    Many of these simple errors are repeated throughout the text and will keep your article from being published.
