I'm pretty sure you could get this approved with some tweaking.

First of all you need to understand what HubPages is trying to achieve. What they want above anything else are informative and interesting articles. Think of it like a printed magazine, or collection of magazines. Therefore, when you compare your article with this aim it falls down.

You have a nice chatty style but your review is a little too personal. Too many 'I's and 'me's. While that's fine for a blog, it is not for HubPages. So you need to rewrite - same content, slightly toned-down style.

Another problem is your images. Posting screenshots is against copyright regulations unless you have permission from the publisher of the game. You said that the publishers are in touch with their gamers, so why not ask them? Make sure you say that your images are 'used with permission' in the actual image capsule

You can't call your hubs 'Raven Reviews'. As already stated this is not a blog hosting site. All you need is this: - Of Kings and Men (OKAM) Review. Each of your articles (hubs) will be completely stand-alone. Although you can link between them.

You haven't included any technical info at all. What platforms does it run on? What's the cost? What age range is it suitable for?  Where can it be purchased? If you have an Amazon affiliate account you can earn from sales off your hubs.

Read reviews by professional reviews and try to emulate their style but with your own unique take on the games.

      Good luck.

First and foremost HubPages is not a blogging platform.

Your review appears to be self-promoting, which is a no-no here.

I'm not qualified to comment on the content as this is a completely alien field to me.

Also, I'm puzzled as to how you garnered six comments in a few hours for a Hub that isn't featured.

You need to spend some time here https://hubpageshelp.com/

I shared my post over social media platforms in order to gain feedback, I don't see how it is self promoting, could you explain this a bit?

Are you sure you are qualified to be condemning newbies, like this? Learn a little yourself before trying to crush newcomers.

As theraggededge points out "You can't call your hubs 'Raven Reviews'." That to me seemed a bit brand-pushing. As to the comments; I don't think you can import comments from social media and present them as though they came from HubPages readers.

They were not imported. But alas it's no matter because I was mislead about how Hubpages worked and what it's purpose was.

It's always wise to research before launching into something you don't understand. However your game reviews do have a place here, so don't be put off.

It will probably be an ongoing thread of personal reviews

No. Not an ongoing thread! They have to be separate articles. You can't add another review to this one - that wouldn't work. You can do a series of reviews. They'll be gathered together under your profile. So when you write your next review, you'll be starting a brand new hub.

Ask if you're unsure. Spend some time looking around Hubpages. There is a specific gaming site, I think - I expect someone else can help. You can submit to that site when you have created a really good hub. Be prepared to work hard.

I don't think he did import quotes, Rupes,  - it's not possible When hubs are published, they are almost immediately featured before going through QAP. Therefore there was time for the OP to promote it on Facebook. I think it's good... at least the hub has some integrity.
