I am preparing my 100th hub, and for that I want to review 100 hubs written by other Hubbers. Please post links to hubs - your own or those of others - that you would want me to include. One link per post, please. I intend to review only one hub for each Hubber.

can i submit more than one idea on this forum?  Don't worry, I don't expect you to consider reviewing all of them, as I'll settle for just one to be reviewed by you, as these are hubs that I wouldn't mind garnering more traffic for.  Don't worry, im not going to submit anymore links besides these, so i won't hijack your forum. lol

      http://hubpages.com/hub/Valentines-Day- … he-holiday

Edit: In case you noticed, I did change the selected hubs to these.  After thinking about it, I think these hubs have the potential to do even better than the previous ones I wanted you to look at, so I hope you don't mind if i change my mind this one time to give you these to look at.  I'm sorry for changing my mind like that, as I hope you won't mind.  I promise this will be my final selection for you to choose from big_smile

Thanks - It does seem there's a lot to learn. Up to now I've spent more hours than I'll ever admit thinking, researching and writing most Hubs. (I'm most proud of my latest Hub. It took a long time to write after a life time of thinking, reading and debate, and I guess I'm a little disappointed that it didn't attract more attention and discussion.)
I read as much as I can from other Hubbers but I've been really keen to get a no-holds-barred critical appraisal since this type of analysis will prove a wonderful learning tool. Thank you so much for including the article and I look forward to hearing more in due course.
And please don't worry about my feelings since it's probably a lot easy to be straight forward without having to worry about couching your thoughts so as not to offend. I feel flattered when someone takes the time to suggest any way to improve my work and/or its reception.
          Peace

Hi Website Examiner, what a nice offer, thanks!

If you haven't collected 100, I'd like to give it a try. I don't have many hubs that are worth to review, but few of them are ok. I just don't know which one you would be mostly interested (if you are, first of all), so I'm listing couple of them here for you to check out:

      http://hubpages.com/hub/Chinese-Mother-American-Mother
      http://hubpages.com/hub/Kids-Animal-Story (written by my daughter)
http://hubpages.com/hub/No-Sugar-Lemon-Juice-Diet (this one I'm not sure, but would like to give it a shot)

I do hope you are interested in doing one of them, if not, that's ok, I can completely understand. Thank you very much regardless

I've just finished adding a post script to an article about your project to something I wrote entitled:
      http://hubpages.com/hub/Are_Writers_Vainer_than_Others
Of course, I'm writing about what you're doing and what you're going to be doing in my piece. I'd like to suggest that you add it to the other site I submitted. Of course, I'll be adding to the PS as your project develops. There's an amusing self-reference and interesting feed-back system introduced by this dynamic in addition to anything else.

I use a bit of a different approach for side income using Hubpages. I use Ebay capsules and was writing for Amazon products but they just dropped all IL affiliates due to our 66% income tax increase. All I really use on my hubs now is Ebay and Adsense. Would love you to take a look at my "business" approach on hubpages! I've found HP to be a really great place to offer your own ideas, products, experiences, so here's one of my hubs on how I do just that. Produces me quite a bit of cash flow thru ebay alone...

Hmmm.. Definitely, I can say something on the business model. As for the substance of that hub, I think I'll hand the initial reading over to a female associate, then give the review the final polish (so to speak).

She-rahposted 14 years agoin reply to this

LOL, Yes, the business end is what I was concentrating on, not so much the substance smile Certainly understand that it may not be a topic that you would choose to read about... Beth and Diana, I look forward to reading your hubs. Your comments here remind me of the important distinction between reviewing and critiquing. Reviews are mostly written to create reader awareness (publicity), whereas critiques are more for the writer's self-improvement. But on HubPages, as your comments show, people want feedback not only to increase exposure, but also to find out how to improve, which in turn may lead to more traffic. So the reviews have to include some pointers, maybe, like a critique normally would.
