Ebay is already a Hubpages affiliate but Ebay is also a part of Commision Junction would it be possible to integrate more advertisers from Commision Junction into hubpages, sometimes the other advertisers on Commision Junction would provide a more suitable product than you can find on ebay.....jimmy
One way you can add other items from commission junction is by using a text link. I've been talking with some highly successful affiliate marketers and they say that this is the best performing way to do it.
I have some ideas on how we may be able to make this easy, but if you try it, let us know how it performs for you.
thanks paul i will give it a try on my next hub.....jimmy
Oh I've seen the other advertisers on commission junction. Do you shave to sign up with the advertiser on commission junction or is it already done so just by being signed up with commission junction itself?
you do have to sign up with them but dont have to give your details every time because CJ has them already, 99% of the time advertisers on CJ will automatically accept your request to join their affiliate programme.....jimmy
cool thank you, thats definitely something to look into. Text Links can work well, often better than banners or pictures so yeeeeees veeeeery interesting.
I have added a text link to a commision junction advertiser in a hub i published today i will let you know how well or how poor it performs......jimmy
whats the url to commision junction? commission junction.com?
you link does'nt work jimmy, I had the same problem. When you sign up to affiliate and you go to text links it asks you for either html or javascrpt code, i went for html and took the url out of that (looks like what you have done) but those url links don't load. weird?
Hi stubbs after reading your comment I clicked on the link and it worked for me although it did take a few seconds to load, thanks for letting me know though.....jimmy
oh, sorry. Your link didn't work for me when i clicked on it, it said timed out, i thought you might be having the problems as me sorry haha.
hey jimmy, I'm having some trouble with getting the affilate links from commission junction to put in my hubs. I've tried copying the link from the html they provide but none of those seem to work and ive tried it from various adversiers. Is it just me they're not opening for?
does this link work for other people
Here Don't worry I'm not getting paid just by getting this clicked on.
oh erm ok. This is weird ive tried on both browsers and even on the laptop and link won't work...oh well as long as it works for the readers I guess. thanks Misha :-)

Hey all,I posted this query in an older thread of mine with no joy. In retrospect, I probably should have posted the question independently:

How about adding a new commission junction module. Same as amazon but you can pull in products sold in commission junction into your hubs.May be modules for a few other affiliate vendors.

I was going to go ahead and sign up for CJ so I can put ebay items on my hubs, but I am a little confused after reading the guide to doing so. When I set it up, should I just list "hubpages.com" as the url or...
