Does anyone know if the increased traffic from FlipBoard translates into higher earnings? I've noticed a huge jump for a day or two in traffic numbers when I flip a niche Hub, but it doesn't appear to me that it causes an equivalent jump in earnings for that day. I'm wondering if we get paid for FlipBoard visits or just from Google, Pinterest, etc. Is there a way to find out?
I had a burst of traffic and an nice boost in income from FlipBoard in December. It was partly due to a lucky sale on an Amazon item that was actually not related to any of my hubs.
Bottom line is, if they buy something, or click ads, you will make more money, and the more people who come to your hubs, the greater chance of that happening.

I have seen everyone saying how great Flipboard is at increasing traffic. I remember a similar experience I had when first using Reddit. Back then, I got high traffic numbers, but not much extra money. Are high traffic numbers from Flipboard converting to dollars?

For the past few days my CPM rates have gone sky high- higher in fact than they were in December. Is anybody else experiencing surprisingly high CPMs? I thought I would find out before I got too excited.

Is anyone else experiencing much higher earnings, regardless of a traffic boost? I don't know if higher paying advertisers are coming to HubPages or what, but my CPM is through the roof!As someone said in a previous thread, ad programs have been delaying a lot. Perhaps this is because HP is working...

When checking my hub account I found my hubpage visits for April 10 to be listed way below the norm, and there was no drop in traffic. I think hubpages accidently placed their 40 percent share of visits as my visits, rather than the 60 percent I should have received.

Just wanted to share this. Someone pinned or "flipped" one of my hubs on Flipboard, a magazine site. So I've had a ton of traffic all morning. I made my own magazine and the traffic magnified even more! (currently 16 visits per minute). Might be worth looking into as an alternative...
