    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my Hub Could life exist beyond our planet? (must be signed in to view). What can I do to improve? Thanks!

Hi Trihorus! ☺ Welcome to HubPages.

I would like to suggest the following points:

      1. Try writing about something which you are truly passionate about.

      2. The images are not in the public domain. Only use those images that are in the public domain (copyright free). Pixabay, Pexels.com and Morguefile.com are great to use. It is always better to use original images.

      3. Add an appropriate video. Add tables to minimise information and callout capsules to make your hub look good and to highlight important points.

      4. The two links that you have attached are not needed. Only attach those links that are extremely important. This could make your hub unfeatured under "spammy elements".

      5. Your title starts with a question. You have to answer that question too. You have ended your hub with the same question.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

The NASA photo is OK - all US government photos (other governments vary) are public domain.  That first one surely is not, though!

While I like that you separated out the bullet points, I didn't like the way it was done.  It seemed a little confusing to me, and I had to scroll up to verify I was still in the same "section".

Perhaps "what are the possibilities" and "what are the perquisites" in a callout box, "It's parent star and habitable zone:" and "the planet" as headers and "Fluctuations in the parent star's luminosity:" as a bullet point, without being a header or bolded?  Or maybe a different header size.  You do need at least one more bullet after the "fluctuations" header, though.

Maybe it's just me, but the "sub bullets", in the same header or appearance, were confusing.

I'd like see more photos; this hub is ripe for them.  A pic of Saturn after either the mass or bombardment sections, maybe.  Or Titan after the atmospheric, with a blurb that moons work too.  Something like that: astronomy provides so many great pics that would fit this hub.

Other than that, I liked it and found nothing else I'd change.

Make sure you don't put an apostrophe on those possessive "its".  Only the "It is" = "it's".

I am new to HubPages, and even article writing for that case. I'd appreciate if someone can point out my mistakes and probably recommend changes I would need to make in order to get my hub featured and published. I am unable to understand what needs to be reviewed and edited. thanks!

Make these changes and write back here whether your hub was featured or not. I will help you in case it isn't. Also, spend your time in the Learning Centre. It will help you in building a solid hub. Here is the link:
