Re-validate Email

    For some reason I have been have not been able to post to the forums here for the last 2 days or so.  Every time I tried it said I had to validate my email which I obviously did upon joining HP.  I kept attempting to do this but would receive the same message when trying to post to forums but not anywhere else on the site.  I was able to read and comment on hubs, add my own hubs and view my account info.  I just re-validated again and hope it sticks this time but can you please tell me what this was about and how to prevent it from happening in the future?  Thanks.
