I was curious how I would go about filling out the Tax Information on the Earnings Sign Up Form when I do not files taxes? How can I get this form processed through, in order to set up my Earnings Account, if I leave the Tax Info Form blank?
I appreciate any help, or advice, offered.
Hubpages needs to declare that they paid the money to you, and that is why your tax identification number is needed. Whether you need to or choose to declare your income is a separate issue.

I just don't know if I even have a Tax ID Number. I might need to contact them.
If you are not a business, your tax id# is your social security #

to the Hubpages earning part (not google or amazon) : they say you are responsible for your own tax forms/info etc.sounds complicated---Not that I'd make alot of $....thoughts? ~confused

So are we getting tax info. through Paypal or through Hubpages this year? I don't see my info. in Paypal and Hubpages has a button showing "receive 1099 electronically"...so I'm awfully confused. Did the process change again?
