I have a hard time looking for high-quality images for Hub. I've been seeing my high-quality photos turn into low-quality photos in my Hubs. Like, they said to make the photos smaller but I don't know how. Help?
Are you on HubPages using a different account? This one shows you only joining a few hours ago and having no featured content.
If you have got another account, try sourcing quality images from sites such as Pixabay.

On a different account, somewhat "experimental" account, one of my Hubs is unfeatured. Generally my inclination was to unpublish it and move it or just delete it. But I kept it and put it in a Hub group....

Since the changes I've had 20 hubs taken down because of pixaled photos. It doesnt matter how many sources I use it's still the same result. For these hubs I've taken the photos off will this hurt the traffic or not...
