I have been trying to publish a new hub since yesterday and each time i get a message that the server is down. Has anyone else run into this problem?
no, but sometimes when there is a ton of hubtivity all at once, I have trouble doing things on the site
Ok I've been getting the error message below for 2 days. What's going on, and how do I contact tech support if not in this thread??

I'd guess it has something to do with so many Challenge hubs being published all at once.

How do I contact Technical Support to get help immediately?I'm trying to publish a new hub, but can't get the first capsule to SAVE. Re-trying numerous times has not helped. I need Technical Support asap!

I'm having huge problems (again!) trying to upload a video. I am working in iMovle (so on a Mac) and want upload a video of less than 5 minutes. Saving it as a dv video HubPages doesn't recognise it. I have tried compressing, but even under 1 GB it won't upload. But every other format I try...
