How do I contact Technical Support to get help immediately?
I'm trying to publish a new hub, but can't get the first capsule to SAVE. Re-trying numerous times has not helped. I need Technical Support asap!
You can't get immediate contact with the admin team, and there's even less likely of a chance at a quick response over a weekend.
You can email them and they'll get back to you when they get back to you.
Thanks, relache. Looks as though I won't be publishing that hub before next week! I certainly wish HP had 24/7 technical support available, but that's probably asking too much.
I had that problem a couple of days ago and played around with it for quite a while before it finally worked. In my case, I think they were working on some new little feature, and my save just didn't work. I wonder if you could just save your content to a file on your computer, delete the whole hub and try creating a new hub? I don't know...maybe it's easier to just wait a few hours and try again. Good luck with it!
I had the same problem a few days ago. I tried to save a capsule and the capsule just moved to the right but didn't save. When I tried to save again it moved to the right again. The third time it worked, it saved.
I would not suggest you delete the hub, just save it like it is and come back to it in a few hours or tomorrow. You may find your hub score for this hub has risen. I did. My score went up a few points when I saved a hub not yet completed then returned to it.
