Since Paul announced the test to make ad bidding a "thing" here on HP, I am wondering how this will affect those of us who are using Adsence mainly for ad revenue. The reason I'm asking is that this normally is my slow time, but in the past week or so, Adsense has been earning better than before. Anybody?
My adsense earnings has been dismal this past week. I cant believe what's happening!
Adsense fluctuates at random in my experience, although there has to be a logical reason I guess, perhaps to do with the traffic/the ads geographically? That is, the more clicks from say the USA, the more value, compared to somewhere like New Zealand? Or India? Only throwing out an idea, don't know for sure. Perhaps the HP team are in the know on this one.
At present I'm happy with the Ad program, but it's horses for courses I reckon.
Having read what you guys have posted here, I'm guessing that subject matter must be what makes the difference. I have seen relatively little fluctuation in Adsense income these past few months except that it keeps going higher. Feeling lucky and hope my good luck continues because it sure isn't because my articles are any better!

I have noticed with dismay a huge drop in Google Adsense earnings. While my traffic continues to rise, earnings are down by over 95% of what it used to be. Is this a problem with Hubpages or Google bug?

Is google adsense only paying for clicks and not impressions? My adsense earnings have almost gone down to nothing. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've heard people talk about turning off Adsense to earn more from the Hubpages program, but I'm really confused about how this works. Does HubPages pay better than Adsense? I thought Adsense was required to make money on HubPages and the two incomes were added up in your daily earnings. Can...

So, since Panda (or since the HP ads thing came out and I signed up for it... I can't really tell which given I'm mainly too lazy to look very hard into it)... my earnings have all transferred to HP ads and only a trickle of Adsense.Do HP ads populate INSTEAD of adsense, but not totally (since I am...

I think it is related to images being used for the HUB ads and Google ads. When I turned off the Hub ads my adsense revenue rose significantly. I think it is because the block of adsense ads to the right of the column of text below the title returned to text based rather than image based. I think...
