Hi all, two of my hubs have been scrapped and I have located the sites where the articles are published. I am trying to find appropriate place to file my DMCA and I seem not to find one. I am asking for help if anyone knows where I can file the copyright issue so that the contents can be taken down. I have sent an Email to the owner of the site where I found my content to take it down but I am not sure if they can really take the content down as soon as possible.
Here is the link to my hub on Dengarden: https://dengarden.com/swimming-pools/Sh … mming-Pool
And this is the link to the site where my content is published: http://blog.watermelon.com.my/2016/09/1 … ng-pool-1/
I will appreciate any kind of assistance. Thanks all.
Type the URL of the offending site in to whois.com. Scroll down and find the webhost. Go to their site and look around for 'contact', or 'report abuse'. They will have the facility for you to submit a DMCA or equivalent.
Actually, when I click on the link (which you should break up, by the way), it says Page Not Found.
I just clicked the link and it returns an error. They must have complied quickly.
Theraggededge and Lea Clark, thanks for the response. Apparently, they complied to the warning Email I sent and took down the webpages.

Seems they may be less than cooperative...Tumblr was notified of stolen content and given the link. Instead of deleting the content, they came back yammering about permalinks and dog ears. That's the gist of it anyway....
