This is an odd problem and it is likely one that is out of your hands. I use the MSN explorer. Many times there will be som e point during the day when I can no longer access HubPages using the MSN explorer; it was just hang up detecting proxy settings. If I go to the standard Internet Explorer it will work just fine. If I reboot my computer MSN will work again. This is likely something in MSN that you can't do anything about. It might end up being the old joke. "It hurts when I go like that, so I shouldn't go like that."
I haven't had that problem since I started using Firefox. It was very frustrating when that happened in IE, which is why I switched.
I use Firefox. Never had that problem. Maybe you should get rid of the MSN explorer.
