    if you want to get trafiic from hubpages ,

    then write attracting articles ,

    build presence by partcipating in hubpages forums , answering requesta , commenting on other article if you find them good , becoming fans whom you like that they have written good articles,
    & without spamming,
    increasing hubscore,
    writing an average of 1-2 artcles per day.

    Hardwork and patience is the answer to get the traffic on hubpages.

    Make friends and give comments on their hubs
    pariticipate in forums.
    Social bookmarking of hubs.
    Use worthy and useful content.......

    Make a good hub title like which is useful for reader … taRecovery
    this hub is performing well in major search engines....Apply these tips....

    The tips posted on the other answers are good. I´ll let here another good tip:

    - When you write a new hub you can insert links to you other hubs - For example choose the words (in the new hub) that are related to any other of your hubs content and insert a link.

    This way you´ll get more traffic to the whole of your hubs wink

    * Keywords
    * Descriptions
    * Alt tags
    * Content is a King . so avoid duplicate content

    Another tip is using other sites that allow you to gain more visibility. Digg and Stumbleupon are FANTASTIC for that!
