Something strange and good because we all are thirsty for good hubs.Try first something small and clever, like something about your birth city or your first car or your favorite artist.....

You can write about anything you have knowledge about or you are passionate about. For instance, I mostly write about gemstones and hindu mantras about which i can keep on talking because of my deep interest on the subject. Similarly, you may also have some thing which you love to talk about like your passions and hobbies or anything else. You can write about them here at HubPages.

Perhaps something that is in the headlines. Today's headlines were about "Britain got talent". Maybe a story about the history of the show.

My understanding is that you can write about almost anything as long as you keep it original & clean. You can't copy someone else's writing. You can't write or show pictures of porn. You could write a rant about something like politics or religion. Do you have any hobbies that you could write about? Funny stories? Sad stories? Poetry? Sports? Activities?...

Anything you are truly passionate about! What THAT is must come from inside you. Let yourself go! Peace.

Well read the guidelines for what is NOT allowed first, but pretty much you can write about anything you want! A good place to start in getting ideas is right here in Answers. Find a question you are interested in and click Make a Hub About it!

And when you write, make sure you use intrigue and perhaps give some advice or facts that the reader can use in their daily life. For an example, read my Hubs "Foods That Fight Stress" and "Slim Down Your Inbox With Twitter." These offer advice and are fun to read. Those are what people are looking for.

    Hope this helps!
