If you did not post it yourself, it is very likely an ad. Go to your Google Adsense account and add the name of the advertised website to your list of blocked sites. It usually takes about 24 hours for undesirable ads from sites you don't care to promote to stop appearing.

Today I turned ads off on a few off my poor performing hubs with the assumption that It will increase their page ranking in Google due to a decrease in on page links. Is that really going to effect page ranks of hubs?
