    Depends on what you want to achieve. If you just write for fun, 450 page views in 8 days is good. If you want to make money, it's still okay - as long as those people are from search engine traffic.For comparison: my most popular hub has been read 3000 times in 9 days - it's on a very popular and exciting topic - but has generated 1 single cent so far!
    I've seen people with dozens of hubs and several months of writing on hubpages who just had their 1000th visitor. So 450 in 8 days is better than average.
    By the way, it's mostly the title of your hub that generates traffic in the first few weeks.
