It will obviously vary given the length of time one's been here.
I for one think my stats are low given length of time and # of Hubs
It would be nice to benchmark how other people are doing.
I am not asking for your total views just weekly at his current moment.
My weekly stats right now are; 2,930 - that's 7 days
And you?
Thanks
Kimberly
Hi Kimberly, do you mean this week, or in the last 7 days as the two figures will be different as today is only Thursday if you are using a Sunday to Saturday week, therefore only 5 days long so far??
I see you have added in the number 7 to the days now, so I can answer that I have had 5591 views in the last 7 days across all of my hubs. Hope this helps
the last seven days on your account sheet at the bottom. I feel mine are low also
xo
Less than the week between Christmas and New Years.
As of this instant, my 7 day state reported by HubPages are 31,612.
Wow. That's, er... quite a bit more than mine, on a hub for hub basis. (I got about 340 views last week for all of mine LOL.)
Did you achieve this using things like backlinking and keyword research?
urrrrr...i fear i'm way behind my counter parts but i have very few backlinks. Congratulations Relache! I do notice however that each "week" the views do increase exponentialy which says to me, my hubs are being found more often.
All of my numbers are rising, so I guess that's a good sign.
240...that averages out to about 10 views on each of my hubs per week...not great...
but to be fair, I only started 2 months ago and only have 22 hubs...hopefully it will start to pick up as i continue backlinking and (something I havent done at all yet) social bookmarking...
248 for me. I've been busy editing, so you can be sure that lots of those views are ME
I am just being crazy I dont really check, am close to twenty five thousand but then I must monitor it now,
I've had 503 but the numbers are rising week by week now that I do a little backlinking.
I'm still not sure on all this backlinking stuff. Doesn't there come a time when it's counted as spamming and then google cuts you back or something because of it? I'm still learning...
I think that's when you have multiple links to the same page on one page
like if you wrote a hub comparing apples to oranges and then wrote a hub on oranges, and EVERYWHERE you alluded to oranges in you apples and oranges hub, you linked to the oranges-only hub...that would be considered spamming
No. Backlinks are when other sites link TO you, not when you link to other sites. If lots of other sites link to you, Google sees that as meaning you must have a good site!
My pageviews are about 5,000 for the 7 days. I haven't done any backlinking to my Hubs for over a year - I concentrate on my own sites these days.
This was actually a very enlightening question. I enjoyed seeing where my stats were in comparison with other hubbers. Some of you have amazing stats! My 7 day is 1,013
265 pageviews from 115 hubs.
Some weeks are better
Seems like I could delete half the hubs and maintain similar trend.
I've signed up for a keyword course but just can't get around to getting my teeth into it...yet.
I was pretty impressed with 98.. Ive done well I think, for 50 hubs. But yours are all awesome, I am in awe and inspired to work my fingers more. Congratulations!!!!
Salt - didn't realise you were another Aussie. Just had a peak at some of your Hubs - I think you could do a lot better if you did some editing work!
I've posted a link to Darkside's Capsules Hub in a few places, I recommend you read it. You've got the idea of mixing them up, but there's a difference between combining them neatly, and chucking them all in together like a dog's breakfast!
For instance, if you're going to have a photo or ad on the right hand side, make sure the text on the left matches it in length, or is longer.
You include a lot of revenue capsules but some of the products featured don't seem to have much to do with the subject. That won't make you any sales - Amazon and eBay only work if you can find products that are directly relevant to your subject. Irrelevant ads will just lose your readers' interest and they're less likely to scroll through the ads to read the next bit.
Finally, Google will pay your Hubs more attention if they're longer - over on another thread, Nelle Hoxie (who as you know is going gangbusters) is aiming for over 1,000 words these days.
582 for the last 7 days, but my traffic is down as well.
It has sprung back somewhat from the Dec. slump, but is still off about 30% from what it was before, and that was with 26 hubs. I have done 9 more during the last 7 days for the 30 day challenge. I expect things to take off soon.
6086 views in the last 7 days. My traffic is back to normal after the holiday season which is nice to see
My traffic is low this week considering that I have more hubs pre-Christmas season. I have less than 2,000 now on a 7-day period. Surprisingly, my New Year and Christmas hubs are still getting traffic .
Why does there have to be this constant comparison about who is doing better than who. I for one don't like it because it is very upsetting to see this from you who have been in for some time longer than the rest of us. We know that you are doing well why do you have to rub it in our faces as well!!!!!!! I think it is grossly unfair BB
You don't find it inspiring? I love hearing this stuff - just knowing that such high volumes are possible really motivates me.
Beautybabe, the other thing to remember is that pageviews don't really mean much. Some people get incredible traffic but never earn anything.
Man I suck! I only have 82. But, I recently discovered that I am starting to get search engine hits. So maybe that will change. I'm still not feeling the greatest. But, I am determined to start getting some revenue from this.
I see that my music reviews are what is getting me the most traffic. So I will probably stick with that. Going to try to start my own facebook group. maybe that will generate something.
I also agree that seeing people with over 10,000 hits in their hubs is a bit depressing. It still gives me hope that I might be there some day. What is that equal to about $500.00 a month
in adsense?
Mine is 10,969 in 7 days, my goal is to double that this year, just a little new years resolution!
Yes I do find it very inspiring I am not denying that at all. I just feel that if you are not doing as well as the others it is hard to seem everyone who is, it can be depressing and inspiring as well. Put yourself there, see what I mean.
If I wasn't inspired by the comments I got when I posted my problem about my poems, I would not be hear. But, it was just hard seeing that posted straight after I had just started to feel I had a chance again. This is just my opinion obviously a lot of you don't agree. I am going through a depressive patch due to my illness, this isn't helping either Unfortunately, I don't have any control over this even though I do my best too try and handle it. BB
(((beautybabe)) Big hugs, sweetheart. I saw your other thread and didn't comment because I felt those that did said I'd all I'd say. only I didn't see anyone saying that your poems sound like poems should be IMO, with rhythm and rhyme. I have no idea whether or not poetry is popular on the WWW. It's not my field of expertise.
BUT, and this is the thing that is important, I liked not only your poems but YOU. How you come across, how you integrate, how you write.
So you go Babe! Keep writing!
Aw BB - I think we're all a little bit in awe of some of the experience rocking around this place. But you and I just got here, we have all year to work on this (and then next year too!)
I hope you have a good year healthwise Your fibre hub was really good - that kind of stuff is inspiring too. I'm working on a salad regime to kickstart 2010, but so far not so good.
206 And I hit a milestone yesterday... got 1000 views on my hubs...
BeautyBabe I think you are feeling something we all hit at some point.
The views/reads can be sometimes linked to 'seasonal fluctuations' or topical trends. I tend to look at the stats. on hubs to see if I am getting traffic from other places and if they are going up or down but have now realised that I will carry on writing anyway, I too almost gave up at one point.
I tend to think of my hubs as creative writing or 'factual' the later are affected by what is happening on the search engines currently. The 'creatives' whatever reads I get on them I tell myself it is more than I got before I started to write hubs. I think it helped once I understood that if I did not get reads it was not personal - maybe it was that I needed to pick a different category or title or I had written something that it was difficult to leave a comment on. I think that the more hubs you have the more reads flow from one to another.
If you look at the bounce rate on hubs not every view leads to a page read and the figures I believe also include our visits to our own hubs... so the figures can be misleading.
People do like you BeautyBabe, so please do not despair about numbers with my regards 2uesday.
these figures are inspiring. I hit 160 which was slow, but the traffic is rising again now, everyday it's improving, the more you write, big goals for me now
286...but I actually got 6 clicks yesterday, that must have been a record.
I am less than 50 views from hitting my first 1000 total views. I guess that means I am around 400 a week right now since I have been here almost 3 weeks
7 days, 560..is that good, average or bad, longtime hubberS? (Given my other stats, how long iv'e been here, and the amount of hubs i have??)
Although I am not really a long time hubber but in my opinion its above average, better than what many others achieve in a couple of months time.
My traffic is tanking. I had 157 yiews in one day, and yesterday I only had 9 and today I have 11. And, so far this week I am at 62.
I think my total views since I have been here is only around 500. It seems the more I try to get back links from other sites, the less traffic I get.
I do not pay attention much anymore..
either you like my writings ( which I do need to get my pc fixed, I have a ton jotted down as crib notes from when I was hospitalized earlier this month )...maybe then , when I get back to speed i will start paying more attention again?
376 for 7 days
9877 for the 8 months.
Spending less time writing and posting these days. Even cancelled Keyword academy subscription because I'm just not ready to invest in the assignments. Call it inertia, or just not ready to spend more $$$ on sites.
But the ideas are good, but you have to spend money to make money. And I will make the move, just not yet.
388...and life goes on. Amazon very flat. Adsense a few, nothing to write home about.
wow mine seems small but 1,042 this past week!
I guess it would help if I had more than 14 hubs
day week month all time (less than month)
164 756 2278 2278
My "joined" status just rolled over to show I've been here for 4 years, although really I don't hit that date until July. (the counter sort of rounds up)
last 7 days - 41,065
last 30 days - 166,883
ever (3.5yrs) - 3,724,768
That's a good amount Kimberly, after all, when you first posted this forum topic you had 2930 for a week, so 3500 is 570 more viewings than previously.
OMG...I can't wait until I reach that point..Good job ALL of you!!!
I am inspired by the bar set by the high achievers here. Great reality check since I want to earn from articles.
I guess a good medium term goal for me to set is 1,000 a week.
Given the type of articles I write I guess I need another 3 months and about 30 to 50 more hubs with good keywords.

Does anyone know the magic formula to increasing page views. Here is what I am looking at for averages over all of my accounts and hubs. Monthly Views: 17 Per HubAd Program Earnings Per Page view: .005 (half a penny)Adsense and Amazon Revenue: Negligible, not calculated. So, this means...

My page views have been consistently going up and up over the past couple of weeks, and then today, WHOA! Just a trickle all day. Anyone else experiencing a drop in traffic?
by Kenna McHugh 5 years ago
My page views were there and then all my page views are gone - at zero??? Anyone else experiencing this?
by CONSCIOUSNINJA 13 years ago
I joined HubPages just over a week ago, and I have achieved over 200 views. Keeping in mind I have no SEO knowledge whatsoever, and hardly know about keywords, I think this is pretty good, but i may be wrong...Can anyone help me figure this out?

Just wondering what other hubbers experience is like.
by jasonycc 14 years ago
I now have 15 hubs. I am hitting 300 pageviews per day. 1 of my hubs on FIFA World Cup 2010 is contributing to 70% of the traffic. There rest of it with 13 hubs hitting 3 to 10 pageviews per day and 1 hub with 0 views most of the time. I am worry that when the World Cup is over, so will my traffic...
