There is no such limit until you abide by Hubpages Rules and T&C.
Like guidebaba said there is no limit, however I must warn you that just spamming hub after hub can get your hubs closed if there is a lack of content make sure they are each thought out. I don't think there is a limit at Hub Pages. Based on the speed of your typing and how quickly you can plan effective topics I'd say that most people would struggle writing more than 20 hubs in a single day.

How many hubs do you read in a day? (ofcourse other than your own hub) I ask this because, I am getting a feeling that I am getting addicted to hubpages :-(
