Go to http://hubpages.com/my/affiliate and then follow the instructions for each type of affiliate relationship that you would like to setup. The most important one is Google AdSense.
When you click edit on the my affiliate page, HubPages displays instructions on how to complete the signup process.

With regard to Amazon's cancellation of California affiliates, will HP continue to let hubbers who live in other places earn from that affiliate program by keeping the Amazon capsules on already existing hubs or will you do away with it altogether and bring in alternative revenue streams?ebay...

I've never generated a cent from these two programs and they've also never really worked properly. Constantly my adsense claims its active then I'm not approved, then it just mucks up everything. I'm not making any money on hubs as it is but this isn't helping anything.
