How many hits a day on a regular daily basis is considered a strong number?
Please do not include the sites that are mega popular and then fizzle or the rare ones that are ultra successful.
I think it depends on what your aim is for your hub or website. If it's just for information then a small number of hits may satisfy you. If you want to make an extra income using Adsense then you are probably looking at working towards 5,000 + hits a day. To make a full time living then you'll want even more hits.
Then again, it's not all about hits. Are your readers looking to purchase a product? If they are then you could have a lot less hits but more buyers. In this case having targeted traffic is better.
I'm not selling anything but I think 10 hits or more a day on a hub is good. It seems like people may be attracted to it, but it seems to me you may get more hits in one day than you get comments and I think it would be nice if more people left comments and joined your fan club before they left your site.

What would you say is a good number of weekly or monthly page hits for a hub? Some people seem to earn reasonable money from their hubs but it seems like they must have hundreds of hits a day or week but it would be interesting to know what people think is a good number.
