I decided to close my adsense account why do they keep showing google ads
Google keep showing their adds on my hub pages after i have closed my account with them and have told them not to show them. Surely what they are doing cannot be legal. They pay you nothing for showing them anyway and now they are making money from my hubpages without my permission.
Why thor6? why you want to close the one of the revenue resource. As such in Hubpages , Google adsense ads will appear as default. So, eventhough you come out from google adsense account, ads will continue appear on your hubs.
HubPages automatically puts AdSense ads on all hubs; even if you don't have an account with Adsense. It is one of the ways this company manages to stay in business to allow you to publish your writing and earn for free.
If you edit your hubs, under settings, change ad level to none. Then you won't have any ads.
