Can I publish hubs from articles I have already published in my blog or vice versa.
Yes you can, however the article will be titled as "duplicate"
It doesn't mean you're violating the rules, it just means Hubpages likes it when you've published articles with them FIRST. Meaning you will get rated much higher if you choose to publish articles with them first.
Yes, you can. I posted some of my other articles to HP. It did lower my score, however.
You can do it, but make sure that, with out changing the theme, u can manipulate it so that it will not be an exact duplicate. So, in this way your score will not be affected.
