can i publish the same article on hubpages as well as eblogger
Yes you can - but it does come up with a notice that it is not original and I believe this has an impact on the score. If it entirely a duplicate it will get flagged and therefore not be published.
What I do is to do a 'sister' article on different sites, and then link the two together.
You should also be aware that if you have exactly the same content, only one of the articles is likely to do well on search engines...if at all!
What you should do is write a blog post about the topic, then link to your Hub with the original content so you don't get penalized. Also, for blogs you can put your Hubpage feed widget from your profile page!

I check with 3 different duplicated content checkers one said 98% original the other one said 93% original then the last one said original content. Should I just resubmit my article?

Are we allowed to republish our articles elsewhere and keep the original hubs here in the mean time?
