   There was no debate, because the truth of the matter is astrology is mysticism and has no real place in reality.
   
   I do on occasion get defensive, but mostly debate or argument from a strengthened position, which is based on factual truth of life. There is no question in my life that need answers. I have all my truths about my life. Hence, I can never be defensive to someone who doesn't.
   
   I can only spread my knowledge and my understanding it to be, and only hope you read the words I write, and NOT interpret anything I say or do.

        But if you consider astrology mysticism, why were you even discussing this issue in the first place? If astrology is irrelevant, then the concept of Libra is also irrelevant, so why would it even concern you what anyone has to say on the topic of Libra? Why were you even bothering to define a Libra? It doesn't make much sense. And also, are you claiming to know the truth about everything? That seems a rather far-fetched claim to make. It also sounds like you are claiming to always be in the right, and never in the wrong. Am I mistaken in thinking that?

         The purpose of the conversation was to gain knowledge and to spread understanding. Usually, one engages in conversations with others for that specific reason.

         It makes perfect sense if the point was to gain knowledge.
         
         
         You are more than welcome to believe what you want. Your beliefs have nothing to do with me, as an individual. I claim to know the TRUTH about MY LIFE. I understand Life, because I have no questions about it.
         
         Do I claim to know everything? I have never made that claim, anywhere and nor will I ever. I understand the true meaning of my life, hence I only need to increase my knowledge, whichever was possible. I learn what I want to know, when I want to know it.

            Again, I never claimed to believe in astrology. I only posted a description of Libra because other people were posting their zodiac signs earlier, so I thought it would be a fun thing to do. I didn't see you give them such a hard time about it   And I never dreamed it would lead to such a deep discussion, but I have enjoyed it too.

    Update : I got a certified letter today , from that docotor who unfairly discharged me - blaming me, and get this..it was an appology, it seems he supposedly read the date on my report wrong and is sorry for the trauma I have had to endure because of him and he will fill my prescriptions untill I find a new doctor..blah, blah, blah...asking ME to accept his appology..No..this is the first time I will NEVER accept any appology because of what he has caused me to be going through right now...Does he realiz i was almost dead?...does he even freakin care?...no..ne is covering his bitt for a huge mistake he made, and I am keeping this letter, showing it to all my new dr's I will be getting with and my therapist and calling the hospital tomarrow to ead it to the attending physician who took me in..and I will be contacting a lawyer, if you were to read this letter yourself, you would be floored..
    I suffer due to negligence, negligence admitted in a leter and he wont see me because I am still discharged because when the nurse called to tell me I was being dropped I went off on her for calling me a liar, and in truth this letter proves I never lied about a single thing...So I will get everything I need taken care of , I hope , next thursday at 10 am by this new doctor and I wont need to call the SOB to get my medicine ..like he stated in the letter he is more than happy to give me now ( he does not want sued for malpractice because of his screw up in reading a simple paper )
    
    I have half a mind to scan it in so you can see what a fool this so called professional is and believe me, he is going to pay for my family's suffering ( my daughter has been through heck), the hospital bills, and my  new permanent "injuries" to my body that can not ever be fixed,,
    
    I have never wished ill on anyone, but I hope he suffers for what he has done ..and the gall to ask my forgivness and want to give me my meds now..

    sorry for inturrupting, but I about hit the floor when I got a certified letter of appology from the doctor that has caused my illness since thanksgiving, wich I missed and a wedding, and quite a few other things and the damage my body now has to endure  forever..just for my own personal validation and to warn others, I will forever keep this letter nd make a few copies, also turn into the medical board of Ohio along with a malpractice lawyer. I have never sued anyone before..but I have learnd, never say never...He couldnt read a date that was boldly printed, so my mind and body has taken took much and the stress my child has been through with her mother in such poor physical shape and having flashbacks from my PTSD..all because a so called professional misread a date..and then decided to drop me anyway because I cussed them on the phone..you should of heard the slander they said to me..
    
    unreal..and I will keep this dang letter till the day I die to warn others of this so called professsional doctor..way to treat a permanently disabled person and their child  ( my child had nothing to even do with anything )

    Again, you engaged to socialize, I singled you out, to socialize with you. I've seen your posts, since you've started, because your screenname is unique and grabbed my attention, when you first joined and your first post to the forum.
    
    I'm all over the forums and I see much of what goes on, and who says what. It's all knowledge to me. So, with that said, my underlying objective was to learn a little bit more about you.
    
    And, I learned quite bit. And, if you think I'm telling you what I learned, then I can only say this - my actions were honest and with an honest purpose, for which, you will not know, because it was meant for to teach you something, which you might now grasp, but was meant more for me to learn.
    
    I'm not expecting that to make sense, but if it does..good.

         I have observed your posts as well. You detail your viewpoints quite well. I don't think we really proved/disproved anything to each other, but I think we both learned more about each other just now though, and gained some insight to each other as well. That is also a key goal of conversation, and this was certainly a very involved one. I think in a true debate, both people will come out of it richer for the experience, even if no conclusion was reached.

       You needn't do that in my case.
       just pay someone to sit and read my hubs until my score gets back to where it was BEFORE the bullsh*t bulk hub flaggings started and i was put on probation for an unspecified time.
       I didn't care about my score --and i still don't too much--but they shut you off from the real world when you go under 75 and I was generally fluctuating between 84 and 89 no matter what.
       Seriously though . . . let's just hope you are over the hump, okay?

       well i can't speak for everyone here.  however, you don't have to worry that with me.  besides, i'd rather you keep the money; you sue that idiot doctor for.  besides, after hearing about all the pain and medical problems you've been going through.  i think you need the money far more than most people here.
       
       your right, there is no excuse for what he's done, and for him to treat you like that is inexcusable to say the least.  he's just lucky it wasn't someone like me he was dealing with.  otherwise, all i can say is he too would become permanently disabled if you catch my drift.  anyway, i hope it works out with the lawyer, and i hope your able to get the help you need b.c.  it really aggravates me to see good things happen to such good people like you.

    Steven dear, go read a few pages back, I will scan that letter and email it to you tomarrow..Im not out of he woods at all yet..and his jerk just sent proof of his screw up, begging me for forgivness, yet dropping myfamily because the language I used when he "falsly accudsed me of lying and dropped me"..and he words that were said to me were slander..I have PTSD on top of the physical issues, you dont do that to a person when all they did was follow a drs directions and call for their usual refill..
    
    this so called dr is gonna get his..Im heck bent on it

Causse I still do not have a proper doctor to treat me..and it all started because of him back from a similiar incident in October..wich I still have letters and proof of!

                thank you..I really do wonder how many people have suffered under his care or died..
                so I will do all I possibly can to hold him accountable, this may even get national coverage since he has been in practice so long and once this gets out Im sue many families are gonna have alot of questions about relatives who have passed away or are suffering from supposed care by this doctor..

    well ((hugs))) to all, Im gonna try and sleep..so I can get up, get a bath, check email ( wich has not been done in days ) and get that sent to steven to post, so you can all see what jerks doctors really are..and I will be on if my health permitts tomarrow after all that, I still need to get me and my daughter some groceries, we are down to nothing, so I got to get the strength to get out of the house for a bit in the morning..

    I did not tell you but because of his stupidity I lost function of a kidney..and Im only 33..this doctor has been in practice for 30 plus years..wonder how many others he has killed and no one realized it..I idnt die so he is trying to do everything to cover his butt

       well, im glad you didn't die, as I know things wouldn't be the same without you.  i agree with ragnaworks, he's probably done this to other patients in the past, and have gotten away with it.  therefore, he should be held accountable for his actions, and you deserve to be compensated for your troubles.  don't feel sorry him at all okay.  if he tries to plea with you, just keep remembering what he put you through.  besides, if you do feel sorry for him, i guarantee he'll just do it to you again, or to someone else.
