   hun, I am not out of the woods yet, more damage has been done to my "insides " than what we know about, the new doctor will discover everything thursday, I have to be there at 9 am and may spend a few days in the hospital for discovery...
   
   but at least he is not denying my medications that I need to maintain myself..and he may be upping my pain meds a wee bit, his idea, not mine ( yes, I have had some serious excess uncontrolled pain in a few places that is notmy normal pain from my normal medical issues, unless they have gotten worse from negligence )
   
   
   so here is the letter the doctor sent certified to cover his butt, and from what I have been told his admittance and wording has dug himself into an even deeper hole, once word gets out this may get national coverage and he may be looking at unnessacarry patient death or manslaughter charges, depending on what steps I take and how far this goes, the new doc and attorney have and are taking this very seriously..he even has 2 months of scripts written for me, that I gave to the attorney since I hae a new doctor, and with my meds, 2 of them are illegal to write more than one month at a time!

   btw - new doctor refilling all meds thursday and what this jerk is doing is trying to buy me so I wont tell, too late and too bad for him...as long as I do nothing with the scripts , except use them as evidence..I have a win/win situation, bad part - this may and will take years...

   It has come to my attention that I have made a dire mistake in discharging you as a patient. Based on the original letter , everything stated was false and should be discarded as soon as you have the opportunity to do so. The ER report I received was sent to me on 12/04/09..I was in belief you were seen that day, 2 days after I returned from vacation and you saw me. I now have discovered it was faxed to me on that date and your real ER visit and hospitalization occured on 11/27/2009, as you were directed to by my nurse. I am sorry for the miscommunication and she was adamant she did not tell you to go to the ER untill she checked her phone log. I am sorry for not filling any of your medications before my vacation, you had requested them and I erronously and hastily rejected them, not actually reading the dates of when they were due.Please accept my deepest apology to you and your family for this minor misunderstanding on my part and forgive me for the stress and severe trauma you have suffered and the stres your family has suffered as a result of this minor error on my part.
   
   In spite of my poor misjudgement and misunderstanding, and the staffs miscommunications, I will be discharging you and your daughter from this practice due to your unecesary yelling at my staff over the phone before you were admitted to the hospital. I feel this is a great disrespect for me, my staff, and my profession. I do , however, understand you have PTSD and were also subject to falsifications and accusations over the phone that were not true, but we have no recording of this, only the recording of your yelling and behavior.I am sorry that on the last letter I stated I wil not provide refills untill you find a new doctor. I will be refill all of your medications untill 01/16/2010. Please call and ask to speak with my assistant when they are due, or I will have them called in and the others waiting at the front desk for you. I will be glad to see you for any new emergencies and I hope we can get beyond the tragedy that has happened and you can forgive and forget the mistake I have made. I know you will now be happier with a new doctor. Upon reviewing my records I have noticed many accusations were made about you with no basis behind them except the fact I was angry that you had raised your voice at my staff.
   I am sorry we have disrespected you and your daughter, C-------, please do accept my appology and forgive me for what has happened to you during the time you have been with my practice.

      damn, i always tried to believe there was some good in people, but after reading that letter, i don't even think this guy has a single decent thought in his head.  if anything, all it sounds like is him giving you a half arse apology and saying it was mostly your fault.  when in reality it wasn't.
      
      plus, i don't buy the whole line about how they had a recording of you, but they CONVENIENTLY didn't have a voice recording of how his staff spoke to you.  it sounds like they altered that recording, just to make you look bad if you ask me. i hope that person drops dead.

    Well, now who is at fault and who should pay the price for me still being ill because of negligence..if I would of not gone without proper medications, this would of NEVER HAPPENED and I should of been hospitaslized for a sustained injury beforehand, even before I was out of meds went I went to see him and was passd off ..called a manipulative , white trash, liar..oh , come on now Kerry, it doesnt hurt and you do not have a high fever, its only 102.3 you ahve been at home and been sicker..why...your jackazz decided I did not need proper care

    My daughter wrote a statement, that I was in the room and saw, and it did not dawn on me it was innapropriate..
    
    he did a breast exam on a 15 year old while checking her heart when she was there to get medicine to controll her periods and her acne..now I realize that is NOT a routine procedure

    I miss my old doctor, Dr.P. Sanford, who retired..then I got stuck with this so called "FAMILY PRACTICE" of buttholes..I met this new guy, who is doing alot for me without me even getting to my first actual appointment..he did not have to cancel his afternoon for me , but he did, and now I am officially a patient and so id=s my daughter and he is going above and beyond a doctors calling to help..so lets hope he really is the one to take care of me for the rest of my life

          thank you...I have remarkably saved my outer looks due to my knowledge of herbalism and naturues own products , grown from the ground..I do not use cover up and I never use any of those "beauty creams" sold in stores, mde from chemicals I can not even pronounce..lol

          so far I have 8, all medium - large- and 1 extra large..I am sleeving my right calf as soon as I get the cash,,it is started, I do not have any where you can see them in "everyday clothes..some you can see if Im wearing a dress , shoerts , or skirt...each one is like a written story, a picture of a chaper n my life..

    a pheonix on my back. a bird of paradise from the back of my left shoulder wrapping arounf the inside of my right breast, a peace sells era vic rattlehead on the inside of right ankle, a butterfly( tie dye colors )in front of a blue full moon and starrs surrounding it on my outer right ankel, my daughters name, her fathers initials, my native tribe symbol, "this love" across my belly, the CFH symbol on my inner thigh, right side, the picture off Static-X's machine album on my lower back...my old jet ski team racing name and numbers on my left inner thigh surrounded by barbwire, thorns and roses..and I am no where near done yet, I have some surgery scars to cover and that sleve to finish that will cover the other scars

                        hey lay off bacon, he's not gay.    besides, we were talking last night in another forum about how guys that like to brag a lot, are often the ones that lie the most to girls.
                      
                      well you see, when i was in the service a few years ago, i met a guy that was a real playboy.  in fact, he boasted to all of us, saying he slept with like over a 100 girls in his life. however, whenever he met a chick, he would tell them that he only slept with 3.  and 2 of them were fat girls that raped him. 
                      
                      don't get me wrong, im not trying to down grade the crime of rape, but i just think its funny because the guy is a bit of an ass if you want my opinion.
                      
                      when he was bragging how he gets girls, he told us that he'll say that 2 fat girls had him watch a porno with him, and when he got aroused, they raped him.  he even admitted that was a lie, but he say that it supposedly works all the time to get women to have sex with him.  anyway, im sorry if that comes off as offensive, but i just think its funny because he's an idiot.
