I just had a comment on one of my hubs. They approve or deny button has spam marked is status: What
Hubpages will mark something as spam for one of many reasons and it doesn't mean that it is spam. Sometimes it is, other times a person is posting a lot quickly or not a verified member of Hubpages. I leave mine up if they seem relevant to the article, contain no links, and are not offensive.
IF it's got too many links or doesn't have anything to do with my hub, I generally delte it, hubpages will also list something as spam for the reason.
