You have to sign up with amazon they will give you a publisher code. You simply enter that code into you affiliate box under amazon. Just click on affiliates to get there.

apparently I am not set up right for referrals to Amazon. I have the code but do not know where to find the place I paste the code to HTML. Also do I have to do this with every hub I write?
