If you'd consider 80, just a few days. I wrote an article, noticed it was around 65, so I added some videos, edited my content, and reduced my tags. I had like fifteen or something, and that's apparently entirely too much.
If you've got low scores, try just adjusting tiny things. Add some images, tweak your tags. It's worked for me, at least.
