should I wait for approval from the affiliates before I publsih my first hub?
No your better off publishing hubs first so that the affiliates can see you have some web content on which to show their ads or products. You are more likely to get disapproved if you have nothing to show them.

So I was disapproved by adsense because I had only one hub and 0 traffic, how do I reapply?I have tried to reapply and it wont let me, so when I troubleshoot google says to look for the disapproval letter and follow instructions. I do not have that letter anymore. NOt sure what to do

My adsense got disapproved for the second time. I am really upset nowi applied for google adsense after creating 16 hubs .It got disapproved. They are saying "Your content should contain complete sentences and paragraphs, not only headlines."
