If you mean another hubpages user, they are usually found through categories that they follow, your followers will be notified when you publish and when you leave comments on other people's hubs and participate in the forums people will naturally click on your profile and go read a hub or two.

If I see an error on someone's hub, should I tell them? Or is that bad HubPages etiquette?I'm talking about a spelling error or something similar.

So hubbers help? I had four hubs that went from the pending state to having the featured status. Originally they were all viewed on the page where you can hop hubs.Now I dont no where...

I had a hub that was receiving around 1,300-1,500 views per day. It was chosen as Editor's Choice. It then dropped by about 1,000 views per day. I opted out of the program, but that hub is no longer showing in Google...
