Hubscore going down, can someone take a look and tell me why?

How do you get a hub on the first page
When I log on , there are hubs posted there and I noticedthe author score and hubscore are not 100..so what makes them get on the front pages??

Hit a milestone and got my first medal, woohoo!
I finally published my tenth (actually, more than ten as I'm up to number 11) hub and got what looks like a bronze medal. Woohoo! I wonder if my achieving this milestone is the reason I see fireworks outside my window?

Confused how to tell how my pages are doing
I'm confused about how I tell how each of my hubs are doing individually. I understand higher scores are better. I have an AdSense account and have entered the URL for each of my hubpages there (just did that today). I just am not sure how I can see how many impressions and/or...
