yes. If you scroll way down to the bottom of this page there is a link that says learning center. Click on it and you will find lots of answers.

Think of this metaphor.
A hub is a page in a notebook.
So each new hub is a new page. As you write your "book" grows larger. And you can write on any topics you like.

The ad said: "Reason # 2 to Hub: Get paid to blog." I'm not sure what that means, but it seems as if it might mislead people about the difference between a hub and a blog.
