When I'm working on the laptop, I am a spaz with the touch pad. I've accidentally clicked on a few of my ads... Anyone else done this or worry when it happens? Don't want to irritate Google...
I did clicked 2 or 3 times over the course of 4 years.
Using Firefox + No Script plugin to disable javascript makes sure no ads are clicked because they aren't displayed.
One time I accidentally clicked on that darned Scientology.org video that comes up on 99% of my Hubs!
Not yet, but I do have the NoScript plugin which I forgot about. I should update it.
Does anybody know how many clicks it would take before you get kicked by Google?
Never, I have Adblock Plus installed. I never even see the ads unless I disable it. If you are worried about your own clicking, install Adblock Plus for Firefox. Then when you need to check ad placement, you can just disable it, then re-enable.
In 10 months I have clicked on ads accidentally about a dozen times.
Did you receive any Google's sledge hammer hit on you?
While on HP, we will hardly know if our share of ads are showing by the time we click on them by mistake.

What would I do? I accidentally clicked one of the ads when I was editing something. I did not clicked in intentionally.

I just clicked one of my own ads by accident. Has anyone ever done this? Do you know if I will get an instant ban or is there a degree of tolerance to this? Surely it happens occasionally to many people. Am a bit worried about it. Thanks.

Okay, this will sound crazy to some of you: I'm receiving too many clicks on my google ads! I've read on here somewhere that Google gets leary if your ad clicks are over 2% of your page impressions. My clicks today are 6%. My average for the past 30 days is over 3%.I might have accidentally clicked...

I know there must be a way to see which adds are getting clicked on but for the life of me I just can not see it. I am sure that it is probably right in front of me but I really need some help with this one.

At least three times in the last couple of days, I have accidentally clicked on my own ad a the top of my pages. I'll be looking at a published page, and then trying to navigate back to my account by clicking on the link on the top right - where you see your username with a drop down - for which...

I just accidentally clicked on an ad in my own hub! Will Google Adsense ban me for one click?!I'm a little bit freaked out right now. I accidentally clicked on an adsense link in my own hub. Would Google ban me for that one mistake? Have other Hubbers done this by accident and their accounts been...
