    Are picture-only hubs (to be precise, hubs featuring only"hot" women pictures) allowed? Or...

    should I flag them? If so, then would it be because of low quality or for "other"?

    If there were disallowed, do you think there would be thousands of them?

    HubPages will only take down Hubs that use stolen pictures if the actual copyright owners file a complaint.  It also seems they will also only shut down picture-only Hubs if the images violate content standards (are too adult).

    Admin has mentioned that girlie-picture-only Hubs get more thumb's down than any other content on the site.

    I need to add one comment to this.

    I'm one of the publisher of such hubs in Hubpages, before do that I got the confirmation from HubPage team. As per them it is not violating their rules & regulations. Only thing they need is categorized those hubs as,

    Entertainment --> Videos & Pictures --> Sexy Pics & Videos.

    As "relache" mentioned, we cannot publish content has copyright whether it is a pic, video or any content. Also it is not possible to publish XX or XXX content here...this is the confirmation that I got from HubPage team.
