How to get more hub score for a hub having mostly photos?
Well you don't say have pictures alone, you say having mostly photos. That means having some text as well, as an intelligent person would understand.
Yeah, do it, but make sure the text is interesting, and relevent to the photos. There are lots of hubs like that, and they haven't got low scores.
Always better to have about 500 to 1000 words, even if there are a lot of photos. Try it!

Do I need to have ads on in my hubs to qualify them to be chosen such as Hub of the Day? I know I was told that had nothing to do with scores on hubs but just wondered if they had to be open to ads for that? Thanks.
