hello, i am a newbie on hub, what is the 'flag' icon for? what is the impact if you click it?

flag icon is used just to report a hub or something to HP admin. e.g. If you create a hub which contains some prohibited content, then users will flag (Report) you hub and it will lessen your hub score...
Flagging a hub only serves to alert admin at HP of a possible problem. It does not automatically lesson the score of the hub. Once a Hub is flagged HP will review it and notify the author if there is a problem.
