I may have missed the information I am seeking and if so then I sincerely apologise.
My question is: What does "Request a Hub" mean?
you ask someone to write you a hub on a certain topic.
If you have a question, then you should request a hub.
Basically what Drew said--You can click the request a hub link on a specific hubbers profile page and ask them to write you a hub about whatever you request.
When you "Request a Hub", I believe it also gets posted as a Question for everyone to see.
Thank you everyone for all your helpful replies. I am truly grateful.
