What is the best and safest method of receiving or sending money?
I have a client that is asking me because they are afraid of being scammed.
Paypal is good, but you must be careful that you don't have viruses on your computer or you could get personal info stolen. You can send invoices to people in xxx amount.
I think paypal is really safe though imo
Personally, I think a certified cheque is the safest. If a cheque is certified, it means the money is automatically moved into a separate account and held until the certified cheque is presented. If the person attempting to certify the cheque does not have the funds, the cheque is not issued. A certified cheque guarantees the funds are there and waiting for you.
