Which one is best to have the top right having adsense or Amazon ?
Never thought much about configuring this but I'd say off the top of my head that it depends on your content. If you have a product, and you can sell it on Amazon I'd go with amazon. If it is about a subject that does not have a related product, I'd go with adsense.
