How do I know if I have set up my affiliate settings correctly?
If you go to "my account" and then "affiliate settings," the status column next to Google AdSense should read "Active," and next to the other affiliates, it should read "Set."
I just checked, and it looks like you've got everything in order.

With regard to Amazon's cancellation of California affiliates, will HP continue to let hubbers who live in other places earn from that affiliate program by keeping the Amazon capsules on already existing hubs or will you do away with it altogether and bring in alternative revenue streams?ebay...

Amazon changed their affiliate program yesterday by cutting the payout for most affiliates by half or more. Has HubPages addressed how these changes will affect content providers here?

The eBay link on Affiliate Settings is going to "http://affiliates.ebay.com/" which doesn't exist.
