    YES It appears on th e list as active I have not deleted or edited it in ages

    Once you finish you hit publish don't you? It would have to publish. I do think you are suppose yo have at least 300 words but I have seen people with less but maybe they had a picture or something additional, other than that I can see no reason it would not publish. Go to "my account" and look to see if it is coded someway which at the bottom of the page explains the codes. Good luck. Polly
